Recall of the aims of the project:
The aim of the project was to quickly implement complete and scalable software in a company recently bought. Then this software had to be implemented in every unit and company of the group in order to allow an expansion of the structure, a consolidating of data and productivity gains.
Why did you choose Proges Plus?
After having made an error in investment in software, we had recourse to an institution dedicated to the implementation of software. We set up work specifications, chose solutions, and saw customized presentations.
The answer brought by SYNOPTIC was satisfactory in term of functional cover.
Then it was particularly the size of the company which was determinative, because we didn't want to deal with a big group because of the lack of reactivity and the inadequate proposals in respect to our structures.
Which aims have been achieved?
Today, all the objectives have been achieved, even if we compel ourselves to constantly evolve the product in partnership with the Software Company, within the context of our politics of continual improvement, technological intelligence, and search of productivity.
That is the reason why we compel ourselves to carry out an update by year, and we budget each year for analysis above software in order to get optimization in respect to the development our group.
