The module « Technical Data » enables you to describe your data: items, bills of materials, manufacturing data sheets, third parties and means of production.

In the heart of SYNOPTIC ERP, the module of technical data centralise all information of high-level which is common at every module. It enables to describe your company:

• Sold, manufactured, and bought items,
• Means of production,
• Routings,
• Bills of materials,

All that information is registered in only one data base.

Technical families of items

Thanks to the technical families of items in SYNOPTIC ERP, you can define your items according to technical characteristics that are peculiar to each family. They assure unicity of items in data base and especially allow to automatically generating the secondary code and the designation of item.

A multi-criteria search into characteristics is easily possible in SYNOPTIC ERP.

Product configurator

It gives you facility and flexibility for the creation of your products that have options and variations. The options and variations have been decided according to pre-established rules (formulas) at the moment of creation of the bills of materials and routings.

aditionnal data concerning third parties

Easy to parameterize, SYNOPTIC ERP allows you to create supplementary data in order to define and follow the third parties (customers, suppliers, prospects, banks...). In addition, you take advantage of the automatic evaluation of suppliers which depends on the criteria that you decided.
